Sherie Arriazola, BA
With expertise in Medicaid policy and programming, Sherie Arriazola analyzes Medicaid policy and advises internal and external leaders on Medicaid managed care integration as it pertains to the justice system. In 2014, Sherie was appointed to the Public Education Subcommittee of the Medicaid Advisory Committee, a federally mandated body of stakeholders tasked with advising the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services on Medicaid policies. In this capacity, she works closely with HFS on matters concerning the Medicaid population, including individuals served by TASC.
Prior to joining TASC in 2013, Sherie worked for the Illinois House of Representatives as a research and appropriations analyst in the areas of public safety and healthcare, specializing in drafting legislation, legislative process and strategy, and the appropriations process. Previously, she served as research assistant at the Chicago Justice Project.
Sherie earned her BA in criminology, law, and justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
