Alicia Osborne, MA, CRC, LCPC
Inspired to help people achieve recovery and overcome the challenges of past criminal records, Alicia Osborne directs all of TASC’s services in Cook County, encompassing criminal justice diversion, alternatives to incarceration, reentry, and community health programs. She also directs TASC's corrections reentry services in northern Illinois. Alicia has two decades’ experience in behavioral health services, is a board member of the Illinois Problem Solving Court Association, and past president of the Mental Health Court Association of Illinois. Alicia received her BA from the College of St. Elizabeth (Morristown, NJ) and her MA in rehabilitation counseling from New York University.
